I spent several years recruiting for start-ups, SME’s, and large nationals and saw how businesses could be even better by improving culture, developing people and enhancing engagement. The amount of money spent on recruitment due to poor talent management, high turnover of staff and a lack of positive employee experience is frightening! I believe recruitment spend should be when you need to grow your team and you need to speak to a specialist, if you need to keep replacing then there is something deeper that needs addressing, and that’s what Form does, we offer the whole package.
Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to work with organisations such as Strutt & Parker, The South West Ambulance Service and Rathbones Investment Management and particularly enjoy working with Directors, Heads of Departments and business owners to help shape their teams, map out new roles and develop their people to create wholesome, exciting and positive working environments. My specialist area of recruitment is HR, Executive & C-Suite Support and Operations/Business/Office Management.
I enjoy nothing more than weekends with the family and our pooches, walking through the gorgeous English countryside (stopping at a couple of pubs of course). A huge fan of travel, adventure, hosting dinners and parties for friends, Eastern food, dogs and Freddie Mercury.
